Mango Lassi Smoothie

Mango Lassi 50/50
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 orange peeled
1/2 an avocado
I cup Coconut water or purified water
ice cubes as desired (if you’re using fresh fruits vs frozen)

Blend well

Makes 16 oz serving


Want it naturally sweeter?
Add one pitted date
1/2 Tbs agave

Want it deliciously creamy and need the brain boosting fats?
Add your choice:
1/2 avocado
1 Tbs coconut oil
1 Tbs grapeseed oil
1 Tbs Udo’s oil
1 Tbs Flax oil
