Mango Lassi Smoothie

Mango Lassi 50/50
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 orange peeled
1/2 an avocado
I cup Coconut water or purified water
ice cubes as desired (if you’re using fresh fruits vs frozen)

Blend well

Makes 16 oz serving

Add one pitted date
or
1/2 Tbs agave

Want it deliciously creamy and need the brain boosting fats?
Add your choice:
1/2 avocado
1 Tbs coconut oil
1 Tbs grapeseed oil
1 Tbs Udo’s oil
or
1 Tbs Flax oil
