Green smoothie base #1
Makes the perfect green smoothie for those that
prefer citrus and mango flavors.
1 orange peeled
1/4 cup pineapple
1/4 cup mango
Purified water about 1/2 – 1 cup
Add your greens!
Spinach and kale go great with this one!

You can add coconut water instead of the purified water (more hydration elements)
For a smoothie smoothie (creamy) with healthy fats add coconut meat or grapeseed/coconut oil
For less fat omit
Whenever convenient use fresh fruits for the live enzymes.
Frozen is fine too if your fruits aren’t in-season or it’s impractical.
For a sweeter smoothie add 1 or 2 pitted dates or 1/2 tsp-1 tsp agave.
The smoothie is great without it.
